Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage. (MLD).

MLD is a very relaxing and rhythmical massage treatment in which gentle massage techniques are performed to move the skin in the direction of lymph flow. This stimulates and activates the whole lymphatic system and is an excellent way of enhancing your general wellbeing and reducing your risk of infection.

MLD can alleviate a variety of symptoms such as:

Arthritis
Asthma
Back pain
Constipation
Eczema
Frequent infections
Low immunity
Muscle tension
Migraines
Sinus issues
ME and fatigue

Testimonials

Hear from some of my amazing clients.
In my practice, I have come across patients who have a ‘gift’ and need to be encouraged to develop their unique abilities. Jess was one, and since she started Gentle Touch Healing therapies, I have experienced her unique reiki treatments and energy healing. As someone noted to me, ‘her reiki is different to others’. So true as she brings an extra dimension to her craft enhancing healing, health and insight. I have no hesitation in recommending her treatments.

I've had several treatments with Jess including Reiki & chakra balancing. She's professional, friendly & works very intuitively. Jess always leaves me feeling relaxed & her feedback of what she's experienced from the session is always spot on.
I'd highly recommend her.

Holistic Therapist.
I have had the pleasure of receiving several Reiki and Chakra Balancing treatments. Jess is always professional, welcoming and gentle in her approach and I have always felt comfortable and relaxed. The energy she generates is intense and the feeling of blockages being cleared is palpable.
In addition to the energy she puts into a routine treatment, she puts a great deal of effort and energy into dealing with specific issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jess for a treatment, she is amazing.
